During the Chinese New Year holiday period, logistics services in China will operate at a limited capacity. As a result, orders placed between February 11 and February 23 may experience slight shipping delays.
This is due to the annual holiday schedule of courier and transportation companies, and unfortunately it is beyond our control. All delayed orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible once normal logistics operations resume.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend placing your order early whenever possible.

Orders fulfilled from our US warehouse will continue to ship normally throughout the holiday period, with no delay.
If you need faster delivery, we suggest selecting products that are available in US stock.

β Important Cancellation Policy
Please kindly note the following policy for orders placed during the holiday period:

Orders placed between February 11 and February 23 may have unavoidable shipping delays.

If you choose to cancel an order during this time due to delayed shipment, a 5% cancellation processing fee will apply.
This fee is required to cover payment processing and operational costs. As the delay is caused by logistics suspension during the holiday, it cannot be avoided.
